Adam Murry is introducing Fast, Furious Football to the AFCB plans. This is not (maybe unfortunately) a new tactic for the team, but rather a version of football that is proving popular in South Africa, which is where the picture (see below) was taken.
Played within an inflatable court, it is, as the name suggests a non-stop game that he plans to use to give local kids something to do that is healthy and great fun. The broader plan is for it to be one of the components that attract more people to the club and help build greater local affinity. The courts can also be hired out. This is just one element of the extensive plans for an upgrading at the club and facilities and improvement behind the South Stand.
He has had the first court made and it will be at the ground this Saturday 29th November, as part of a showcase event, revealing the full plans for the development.
